Treat colleagues, clients, and partners with courtesy. Content entered into the platform — project details, catalog configuration, and comments — should be accurate, appropriate, and free of harassing, discriminatory, or offensive material.

Client and project information within the platform is confidential. Access it only for legitimate business purposes, share it only with those who are authorized, and never export or repurpose it outside the scope of your work.

Your sign-in represents you. Do not share credentials, act on behalf of another person without authorization, or attempt to access areas beyond your assigned role.

Because configuration drives what teams see downstream, make changes deliberately and accurately. Avoid edits that you are not responsible for, and coordinate with the relevant owner when in doubt.

If you observe behavior or content that violates this code, report it to your Snowco platform administrator. Reports are handled discreetly and in good faith.
