Privacy Policy

To operate the platform we process your identity and profiledetails (such as name, work email, job title, and organization) obtained through your organization's single sign-on, together with the project and configuration data you create or edit and basic operational logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.

Information is used to authenticate you, apply role-based access, render your workspace, save your work, and diagnose issues. Each request carries a correlation identifier so activity can be traced for troubleshooting and security — not for individual monitoring.

Access is restricted by role and secured through single sign-on. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Profile information is retrieved on demand and cached only briefly to improve performance.

Information is used solely to operate the platform for Snow Companies and its authorized teams. It is not sold or shared for advertising. Data is retained for as long as needed to support active projects and to meet legal and business requirements.
